"This place needs to be shut down. The food is always cold And you could tell nobody takes their job seriously. The manager needs to be reevaluated and retrained. They found a way to make the Hershey pie taste terrible!"
"I went through the drive through and ordered and once I had gotten to the window they had gotten my order mixed up and the lady had a bad attitude! I wasn’t rude to her even tho she was very rude to me after giving the wrong order! I will not be visiting this location again"
"There was a long wait! The staff seemed overwhelmed/annoyed.They drive thru "locks " you in so you have no choice but to wait. I had a classic chicken wrap and onion rings. The onion rings were cold even tho I waited and I did even eat more than a bite of the wrap the first bite had my stomach cramping so bad. It was the nearest bk and a total waste for me."
"Waited 30 minutes just for my order to be COMPLETELY wrong. Paid $5 and some change for a PLAIN spicy chicken. What I ordered was suppose to come with lettuce tomato bacon and cheese like it’s advertised but all I got was bun and chicken not even any sauce. This location seriously needs to be inspected without them knowing because their service is all around a zero."
"Can’t really judge the breakfast food, since I was told I couldn’t order. If breakfast is served until 10:30, it should be served until 10:30. And it’s not nice to leave someone at the drive thru speaker without saying anything, presumably in the hopes that the car will quietly wait until 10:30 so they don’t feel guilty about refusing service. Also, maybe change your menu so it’s set to lunch if that’s all you’re offering. I understand that it’s inconvenient for someone to come last minute, but I also work in the food industry, and that’s how it goes sometimes."
