"It's Sunday February 25th 9:12 PM whoever's working tonight needs to be fired I waited over 20 minutes for a sub because she wouldn't stop laughing with her friends. I always give a tip no tip for her..she's a scumbag low life junkie..I never thought getting a sub could be so aggravating"
"Hadn't been to a Subway in a very long time and stopped at this location as it is near my house and another memberof my family desired to have a sandwich. Plus we had coupons for a bogo that we wanted to use, unfortunately our dumb butts didn't bother to check the expiration dates... Then we came up with the idea to try the Subway app. There Subway had a full menu and a pick of locations to choose from. There was also a online deal to for ordering online. At first we were going to do that until it came to payment methods. Their system wanted one's billing address and other information and based on that (even though they offered a BOGO deal) we decided against that. To much information requested that would be stored inside Subway's computer system. So opped for going into the store to order We were greeted promptly by a young man who was behind the counter. He was polite, professional. He asked us what we wanted to order and what bread and toppings we wanted on both sandwiches. We ordered two foot longs, one Black Forest Ham with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and red onion. Unfortunately, we informed that the store was out of red onion. So be it..not a big deal. The other sandwich was a tuna fish with all the toppings and a meal deal. (Adds a bag of chips and Medium pop) So as we waited for our order this writer, since being in the restaurant industry for years, looked over the counters and cleanliness of the restaurant. For the most part the restaurant was clean but for the lettuce/add on counter left a little bit desired. While the counter felt cold there was lettuce that fallen into the tomatoes and had not been strained out. The tomatoes could had been spruced up with some new ones too. It's not that they were bad looking but new ones probably could had a better presence. We were handed our sandwiches and proceeded to pay and had to grab our own cup and left. Overall the experience wasn't terrible but remembered why we hadn't been to a Subway in a long time. Unfortunately, the quality is not what it use to be especially with other competitors in the market"
"There was a lady there that was supposed to be training it was her second day there. She was doing great. However the person training her did no care what was going on. She was on her talking about her dog ate her AirPod. Will they sell her just one air pod to the gentleman on the phone. Mind you on speaker phone. I asked for my sub to be double toasted. The new employee asked her what was the best way to do so. She said put in for 30 seconds and see if they want it wanted double toasted because most of the time customers complain about the sub being burnt. Then a second customer came in. The girl from the phone still did not end her phone call she told him to hang on and proceed to make the sub once maid while the new employee was ringing up my sub she told her what the other sub was to ring up and proceeded to her speaker phone phone call very unprofessional and poor new employee learning from someone like that. I will not visit this location again."
"I didn't eat here this time I was only picking up an order for a friend but the atmosphere was warm they were actually putting up Christmas decorations at the time. My only issue was the person that prepared the food either didn't read the ticket well or wasn't really paying attention as I was trying to stop her from putting dressing on the sandwich because it was supposed to be put on the side. That was my only grip other than that she remade the sandwich and all is well."
