"Took a puppy in for a broken leg when I picked up the puppy I had asked them about another location in Eagle River to see if they could also check there when looking for referrals never heard anything the next day they called today and asked me if I had found a place for surgery yet. I explained to them there must been a Because I thought they were calling to look for a place so then I said I would call and look for a place I didn’t know. I was supposed to be doing that long story short. It turned into a very confrontational argument with the vet trying to tell me that I was And act like I was the one that misunderstood or miscommunicated I never picked up my puppy and said I would call Eagle River. I picked up my puppy and asked them to put that down for the referrals when they were looking for a surgery center to have his leg fixed instead of them just accepting that they want to argue to make me the wrong person, or the bad guy when nobody needed to be the wrong person or the bad guy it was just a miscommunication that turned in to her being extremely confrontational, cruel, unprofessional and rude."
"I'm changing my review now that I found out they are refusing to take credit cards! WHY? Like literally, the entire world is nothing but credit cards these days!! Trying to commit tax fraud, probably!! I can't see any other reason why!! Very over priced for services, too. I can see why they never have anyone here! The entrance is dark and not well lit. Not inviting in any way!"
