"I placed an online order at this location for pickup at 8:10. I ended up having an issue with an item on my order and returned to the store (within 10 minutes of close) and Nicole was the most helpful. Despite the time and closeness to closing the store, she helped me sort out the issue with the order and was very polite and patient while doing so! I’d definitely order from here again because of her."

"I was just in there and the taller guy with longer hair (red streak in it as well) and an arm tattoo was the person I had the "pleasure" of interacting with. He came out of the back and just stared at me like I was interrupting him instead of acknowledging my existence. Then he said, "what kind of subs do you want?". The prep area was nasty and the tomatoes looked like they had been out all day and neglected. After slapping all my stuff together and ringing me up, he threw my receipt at me when realizing I didn't tip. I said, "y'all have a good day" and he said nothing and just looked at me. If you actually tried be at least 5% helpful, maybe I would have tipped. But that guy was the worst person I've dealt with at a Subway. And that's saying something."
