"Im new to the area and I love me a good Coney Island. And I have to say this is one of they best Coney Island’s I have been to. The food is great and the prices are very reasonable. I haven’t had everything on the menu but everything I have had has been A1…once I find a favorite spot it will be the only spot I go to and this is it!!! If you haven’t tried this place, give it a try you won’t be disappointed!"

"So it was my first time trying them out. I got a hashbrown breakfast with scramble eggs, light,bacon, and wheat toast. The eggs had eggs shells in it. I asked for my hashbrowns to be well done, and it was not. My bacon was overcooked. When it was done, the lady packed a bag it up with no salt,pepper, or ketchup. I open my container to see I have jelly with NO WHEAT TOAST! First and last time! I only stop because I was on that side of town."

"I have been coming to Olympia for years and they have lost a loyal tipping customer. Yesterday I came in for two breakfasts. When I made it to work I found that one of the orders was wrong. I called up there and was told  I would have to bring the food back to get my money back. I of course was at work on the Westside so that wasn't feasible but I said that I could come when j got off work at 7pm and they said they would make a note and I would get my refund. I came in after work with the food untouched and waited over 10 minutes to then be told that they don't see a note about it so I couldn't get a refund I would have to COME BACK AGAIN in the morning. This is completely unexceptable especially when I am not the one that made the error. I returned this morning and the ladies that generally serve me acted like oh well we can't issue a refund because the manager isn't here. This is ridiculous. Someone on your staff should be able to take care of your customers when your company messes up. One of the waitresses made multiple calls and finally reached the manager and was able to get my refund. It should not take all of this yo get rectified something that was NOT my issue to begin with. I will not be returning. As a customer all is well when I'm paying my money and receiving the expected service but a company shows their true colors when it comes to taking care of their customers and this restaurant staff could care less."
