Reviews
"I have never left a negative review in my life but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat or get food. Unfortunately, the standard at this restaurant was very poor. they are thieves. I ordered 12 piece mix, I got home I found legs and wings, so I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager and i told her what happen, her response to me was I did not ask to get different parts so thats why they gave me this .. plz plz plz dont go there l"
"I just want the owner of this location to know that the management here is poor and the staff is shady. Multiple times when paying with cash I would need to pull my car “back” from the drive-thru window with no receipt. Why? IDK seems shady. Staff seem to not care at all. Order always takes a long time and lucky is what I ordered. I love Popeyes this location can do much better if there is better management."
"Have been going here for a while. the service was good in the beginning, until they continued to have a wait a extended amount of time and getting our orders wrong. I asked the manager with the red hair, since we had to wait for 30 minutes for our order can we get a free pie or soda for the inconvenience, she was like No real nasty and told the young lady that was at the drive thru to hurry up with our order because we pissed her off. I was not mean nor nasty, but her professionalism is a ZERO. The next time I went she was making her own food and eating in the site of customers. The last time we went, I get the same order all the time. Paid for all white spicy and got thighs and my chicken was regular. I will travel further to go to another one before I go back to this location which is around the corner from my house."
"There should be a BIG sign saying, "FORSAKE ALL HOPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!" Hanging on the door and above the drive thru. The food is "SOMETIMES" hot and delicious, but the service is ridiculously ridiculous. That is my drive thru experience. . I walk with a cane and it is very painful to stand for more than a couple minutes. The person "taking my order" left me standing there waiting on her. Took a good 5 minutes or so just to place my order, then she walked away while I had the money in hand to pay. It's as if she was trying to cause pain for me. It's like the employees go out of their way NOT to speak to the customer. The dining room wasn't clean. Honestly I couldn't wait to get out of there. That is my dine in experience. The only reason they get 2 stars is, at least the food had flavor."
"This use to be my go to location. I have cut back a lot due to the increase in price but decreasing the size of product. I'm specifically speaking on chicken tenders and depends on where you go or who's serving, the fries as well. Tenders are getting thinner and thinner. Only reason I go as often as I do is bc these blackened tenders meats the spice level I love."
