"Just left from up there. The service was good but they forgot my family brownie and my Mac and cheese and biscuits for the meals. I was in a Uber so I can’t come back. I called no answer."

"If you want the worst stomach ache you have ever experienced go eat here. I hadn't eaten KFC in a long while. This place reminded me why it should stay that way. I ordered a 10pc chicken bucket and regretted it while eating it. It was greasy and basically no batter on the chicken looked like a oven baked chicken. Now it's the following day and I regret eating KFC even more."

"I went through the drive thru. They did not have any of the 2 for $5 wraps. I settled for the classic chicken sandwich. Bad choice, the dressing was all over the foil and the sandwich, gobs of it. The chicken was dry, bun was cold. When I got to the window, the cashier did not have paper for a receipt. I did not notice all of this until I got to my destination. I returned to the store went inside and was told that they can not give refunds only replacement. They put my name in a book for a later date. I asked the lady for her name, she made up a name, as if I did not know it was not her name, so unprofessional."

"I was the only person at this location at the time, the guy took my order - a kfc bowl and popcorn chicken; when he handed me out the bag I told him the nuggets weren’t what I ordered… this is when he decided to mention they don’t have popcorn chicken anymore. If I had known that I wouldn’t have ordered either option. This should have been communicated instead of just giving me something completely different than what I thought I was ordering because I clearly didn’t know there wasn’t going to be popcorn chicken in the bowl either. He wasn’t worried about any other customers so I can’t even give him the benefit of the doubt of being in a hurry or distracted."

"To say worst experience ever is an understatement. Was served 12 small nuggets (photo attached )instead of 12 chicken tenders had ordered family meal for 4 people could barely serve 2. 2 orders of mashed potatoes neither came with the gravy. Went back to store to pick up missing items the lady refused to help me or give me her name, literally so upset I had to call the police over the rudest lady I’ve ever met. My husband happens to be a door dasher had an order at 9:20 this same evening same location he shows up to pick up food and they tell him store is closed doesn’t care they are supposed to be open til 10 and that he was there to pick up an order. Same rudeness. Unbelievable staff needs to be replaced or you my as well close the store down."
