"Ordered a Dave's single with only cheese. (I was just craving a regular cheese burger) Everything was a mess when I opened up my burger, mayo everywhere. Told myself "alright, I'll just clean it up, no big deal." Took a bite, RAW. Not even cooked right. Management/owners need to start checking on their staff. Hire staff that will keep the lines moving, have good customer service, and cook everything right."

"I just came here for lunch and I was stunned how satisfying my visit was. I was in and out of the drive thru in 2 minutes. My food had multiple customizations and it was spot on and all very hot. This visit alone reminded me how good Wendy’s can be. I appreciate the crew that served me today!"

"I usually don't dine at this location because of instances like today's. I have never been to a fast food place where the fry's are always cold and hard. Likewise, how do they run out of change? I was shorted my change because the drive thru said that they didn't have any change. So how many customers do they actually do this to? How much do they pocket at the end of the night? If they don't have change for cash paying customers, then they need to tell us at the order window so we can use our credit or debit card. Not after taking our cash and trying to get over on us after the fact. I am done with this shady establishment."

"I try to avoid this Wendy’s as much as I can but every time I do go- its either an employee is having a meltdown because she is the only one on closing shift at night, or I ask for my food made to order and it isn’t, and its very sloppily made on top of all of that. The pickles on the burger was literally on the side folded into the wrapper and the tomato was so mushy.. I kind of just expect it to have bad service which is unfortunate. I used to work in the fast food industry so I understand the hardships at times- but its unacceptable if there is 4 people for a closing shift and literally 3 cars in the lane. That girl with the pink money piece hair straight lied to my face and said it was fresh.. anyway- I do prefer the one on Harper n 13 mile.."
