All of this happened before the posted closing time of 9pm. If the lazy employees are unwilling to work up until the time the location closes maybe the hours should be adjusted. You've lost a loyal customer."
"Had an order delivered and they forgot my drink. Called this location the person who answered was very quick with me over the phone kind of laughed and said they would have the driver come back with my missing item and immediately hung up with me. Surprise , surprise no driver ever returned with my drink. Only use this location if you plan to pay for things you won't receive."
