Subway

"Visited the 12 and VanDyke store, ordered a 12in turkey cali and a cookie in the drive thru. When I got home I had a turkey sub with the add one that I added to the turkey cali, but not the items that come one the turkey Cali sub. The cookie was not in the bag, I looked for the receipt to make sure I didn’t get charged for it, but of course the receipt was not in the bag either. The guy at the window was nice but I did not receive what I ordered. I didn’t feel like getting back in the car to go back to the restaurant."

"Definitely would not ever recommend this Subway location. The person physically wrote down the order in a notebook, verified the order multiple times and I got home to find out it was incorrect. Did I mention that she originally overcharged us and I had to get that corrected? I called to let them know my order was messed up, and the same person answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one and she hung up. I called multiple times, but no answer."

"I came in a couple of weeks ago. Honestly there is one employee who impressed every customer in line. She was the only one in the store and had a line of customers. It was during lunch rush hour. She remained extremely polite while also showing pure hustle working through each order. Come to find out, she was short a coworker. She did not show one ounce of stress nor did she sacrifice quality. Amazing composure and work ethic!"

"i shouldn’t have even eaten my sandwich after going in here. the nozzles on the pop machines had something hanging from. the pop itself was the flattest i’ve ever gotten right from one of those machines. then the person making my sandwich told me they had had a huge problem with flies. all the red flags were there, and i still ate my sandwich. 3/4 through, i pull a red curly hair out of my mouth. neither i nor anyone else i know has red curly hair. it was definitely in there before i started in on it. don’t repeat my mistake, just go to one of 1000 other locations that actually cleans."

"I haven’t been to Subway in years due to the fact that a five dollar foot long is now $12 (plus tax). Tonight I went to the drive-thru with my dog, and the employee who was working made our entire experience worth it. In a time where customer service feels entitled and over-paid, the woman working at Subway took the time to show that she cared about me and was happy to help me. She took her time to make a personal connection with myself and my family since she had no customers in the front of the house which I noticed and appreciated. While they were out of the broccoli cheddar soup, I didn’t mind as much due to the fact that she genuinely seemed to also be bummed that she didn’t have a soup to offer me. My sub was one of the best I’ve had from Subway ever. I can tell that her excellent customer service extends beyond the drive-through window, and that the freshness of the tuna I ordered, and the care that went into following all of my instructions for this sub when entering them on the drive-thru touch-screen were taking very seriously. I plan to go back to the specific location in order to receive the same service that I had tonight. Thank you so much, in an era where fast food customer service has declined, this location has given me faith in the ability to enjoy a treat of food through a drive-through again."
