"Lobby not clean bathroom not clean either and totally disgusting a long black piece of hair in my order of fries will not return and couldn't get help from staff almost got helped by someone who was on break totally unacceptable"

"When I walked in, the lobby was empty. One employee was playing on her phone, looked up and saw me, and then went back to playing on her phone. Another employee saw me but then went to fill a drive thru order. I didn't think much at first because maybe they aren't the people on the register. Neither said anything to me or called someone to help me. Then the one on her phone started chatting with the other one, and finally, after a solid minute, she came over to help me. Just by saying HI. Nothing else. I get that a minute isn't much, but the fact that she looked up from her phone and saw me and then proceeded to completely ignore me and go back to playing on her phone, is pathetic. Terrible customer service. I didn't stay to order. And I think she may have been the supervisor. If that's the type of people they have, I would recommend that people stay away from this place. I can't imagine the food being any good or even cooked properly."

"They are always super helpful when I order for my kids school! And it is always ready right on time! The Thursday morning/ lunch crew is amazing!"

"Pros: fast service, my order was correct, and the condiments were in the bag. My food was handled with care. Cons: Drive thru order taker seems confused. Drive thru order taker can be rude and abrupt. The recorded voice is not helpful either."
