"After having an issue with a payment that didn’t come through to their store, and a little issue that happened with that the manager ended up calling me and giving me a credit and apologizing for the inconvenience. I have been going to this Jets for years almost once a week and recommend Them to anyone in the area."

"Called in a late carryout near 9:15pm Bernadette joyfully took my order & special request. Pizza was ready 19 minutes later, as promised. It was superb! Large Old School pepperoni Jalapeños Extra Sauce Plus 2 plain slices Perfection. Place is super clean Splurge & buy some Jets Ranch dressing"

"I don't usually leave a review, but hopefully the service remains consistent after this review. I ordered 3 specialty large deep dish pizza's and they were all perfect with the right amount of toppings unlike before or other jets locations tend to be lacking toppings."

"Ordered Jets at 7. We picked up the pizza around 7:30. They gave us a pepperoni deep dish instead of the pineapple deep dish we ordered. I called and spoke to a manager, Mike, who offered to have the pineapple pizza delivered. The delivery guy got here at 9 and told us that we had to swap the pizzas. During COVID. I'm not sure if they thought the customer was lying or if they were really eager to resell a pepperoni pizza. We have been ordering from this Jets for years, but after this we'll take our business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same unless you want to catch COVID."

"I have ordered from this Jet's Pizza so many times, and they are always on point for me.Their delivery is within the given amount of time, and they are always giving me whatever promotion they have available. The pizza quality here is better than other corporate style pizza restaurants. Their Detroit style deep dish square pizzas are the best. Every piece of the crust crunches with every bite. It is cheesy, and it is dry with the amount of sauce they put on it. The toppings they use have are better quality than other pizza places I have been to. The one thing I like most about the customer service here is that they will always go through whatever promotions they have and apply it to my order. If I do not qualify for the available promotions, then they always suggest it based on what I have ordered so far. The pizza here is a little pricier, but it is worth it because of the flavor and crunch; if I can get a deal on it, I will take it!"
