"Waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes to get food. Finally went inside to ask for my money back. Lobby FULL of angry people. Guy behind the counter was rude and said he was too busy and started dropping F-Bombs! Girl finally handed me my bag of food but dropped it. Put new food in the bag, but it was the wrong food! FINALLY got my money back after arguing....won't go there again!"

"This is THE best Popeyes store. There is a young man with brown haired that works the drive-thru and he needs to be recognized for going above and beyond every time. Our order took a little long due to it being bigger and his customers service was OFF THE CHARTS great. The food was hot and fresh and everything we ordered was in the bag. The only Popeyes where the order is completely right every time."

"Omg my boyfriend and I came to the drive through and Kaila (I think that’s her name! With the orange hair :)) was taking our order and she was so so friendly and had such a bubbly personality the entire time. I know working customer service or food chains can SUCK, but she was literally the definition of good customer service."

"We visited the 23 mile road Popeyes location in Shelby Township and were really impressed with how good the food was. The chicken tenders were fresh, piping hot and the breading had the perfect amount of crunch. The coleslaw was creamy with just the right amount of sweetness, the mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy,, and the cajun fries were really good too! It was our server's 3rd day and he was extremely patient and helpful -He didn't seem to mind that we took awhile to figure out our order. After we finished our meals I spoke with the manager to let him know how impressed I was with his store as we have had less than wonderful experiences at other locations. A good manager makes all the difference, and you can tell this young man was really on top of things. We will definitely be back next time we pass through Shelby Twp."
