"Went here recently and the man at the window that gave us our online order must really dislike his job. He was very snappy and rude when we asked for our sauces. He yelled "they're in the bag if you ordered them!" ... firstly, chill bro. Secondly, we asked because the last few times we came here, they forgot. We got home with our food and not surprisingly, no sauces. We got horsey sauce we didnt ask for, but no ranch or bbq or marinara. Mozzarella sticks are constantly undercooked... no cheese pull, cold, probably been sitting out. And they constantly don't give us our entire order, but the bag is "sealed" and they say they aren't capable of double checking if the orders are correct because of the sticker. $15 an hour and they can't put ranch in a bag... oh ok."

"Tried to order on the app had a free sandwich, expires today. App would do all except check out. Was greeted with: Better not have another coupon! Said no was on the app... basically said "not my problem" Told her I'd go next door to Taco Bell where they're not mean. She so OK! Rude, bad service, awful experience in every way."

"Today is the LAST DAY that I EVER patronize this establishment and once again that is because of the “manager” MEKA. HER ATTITUDE IS SO NASTY!! THE SMART REMARKS SHE CONSTANTLY MAKES ARE OFFSETTING ! She always gets smart & usually I let it slide because I’m on my lunch break to get food. Today, on my lunch break while ordering let me first say she doesn’t greet you it’s “go ahead with your order” strike 1. Then I order nuggets and tell her I want BBQ with my nuggets, she responds “YUP. YOU ORDER CONDIMENTS AT THE WINDOW GO HEAD” I pulled up to the window, nobody came to the window & I pulled off. I’m just over this establishment because it never fails & it’s always HER that ruins the experience for me. Arby’s seriously needs to screen their employees better. If you don’t want to deal with customers then don’t get a customer service job!!"

"Another disappointing experience at this location. Ordered dinner off their app to be ready at 6:30. Got there and had to go inside to get it because they had drive thru blocked off. Then find out they never received my order. I showed them the receipt that was sent to my email along with confirmation number. The staff was unwilling to help me figure out what happened. In fact, they were rather rude, a common theme at this location. People do not have customer service skills anymore. The manager obviously does nothing to rectify this issue. An apology goes a long way but that’s a foreign word at this Arby’s. Instead I got an accusatory tone, like I was making it up or something. Even with a confirmation number in their faces. (Original post from 3 months ago) Unfortunately, I had a bad experience today. The coke that I was given tasted like a weird Dr Pepper. I kindly asked for a replacement. The lady at the window gave no apology but attitude instead. She asked if I wanted any sauce. I said horsey, ketchup, and Arby’s. I was handed the bag of food which was missing both fries and ketchup. Once again attitude from this lady. Just absolute annoyance that I dared to make her work to correct her mistakes. Fries weren’t cooked well enough and coke was nearly flat. To top it off, the double beef and cheddar I ordered was a regular roast beef sandwich. I didn’t even have time at that point to go back and have them fix it. I doubt I’ll be back."

"Food is pretty good. Seevice is OK, a little effort would be nice. Got 3 sandwiches and asked for Arby's sauce. You would think it was a huge deal. Got 2 packs. Asked for some more please and again was like the world. Got 2 more, good enough, didn't feel like having the guy break a sweat or something. A little odd my mac n cheese has Saturday checked on the container being Friday. Small town so unless you want to wait 45 minutes at the taco bell next door I guess good enough is good enough. Don't bother with the new burger"
