"The service isn't very friendly, the food is not good, and it's probably the most low quality Panera I've ever been to. The salad that I ordered, the Green Goddess Cobb Salad, had at least one tomato that tasted completely rotten, salad that looked brown and faded, and an entire chunk of lettuce that would not come apart, Not to mention, a lot of the lettuce was yellowed. It was edible, but it was nowhere near worth 13$. I would expect this from a McDonald's; last I checked, Panera is supposed to be a bit better than that. The service has never been incredibly friendly, but they aren't downright rude or anything either. Very middle of the road. Overall, go anywhere else if there is one closer to you. I only go here out of desperation because it's close to me."

"I ordered two Full Greek Salads for carry out yesterday. About two weeks prior to this I had their Greek salad catered at a family event and it was fresh and very delicious. It was from a different location. I was extremely dissatisfied yesterday with the two carry out salads. I served them as a side for dinner and they definitely weren't fresh. The lettuce was way too soggy and I ended up throwing most of those away. It was a waste of money."

"Come in every single day to get me an oatmeal and banna and my charged lemonade. The friendly guy in the morning takes my order suggest good options and make me feel comfortable. The people greet me with a smile and I absolutely blove the atmosphere. The people making the food are also delightful and I just can't thank them enough with my social anxiety I forget and have so many questions and they ease my mind . Even when they forgotten my petite cookies they realized and remembered that I didn't cause they ruined my order than fixed it . I am grateful for safe havens that don't over do it."
