"First: I let the man taking my order that the bathroom was disgusting. The urinal was broken and leaking piss water all over the floor. Second: condiments and napkins are all behind the counter, so each person has to ask for them individually. Third: the food was good and hot. The only reason I scored 3 stars."

"I had a disappointing experience at this location recently. When we entered the restaurant, the employees didn't acknowledge us, and they seemed more focused on taking orders from the drive-through. It felt like we were invisible, and the service was definitely lacking."
"What an unfortunate experience! After going inside the empty dining hall, we were greeted with such rude and annoyance from the employees. The inside of the dining hall was unhygienic with trash still left on the tables. Also, they gave us the wrong order and stated that the wrong order was our fault. Never coming back here again and will contact the health and sanitary agency."
