"I always come to this location. Christina is an awesome manager & whenever shes there the food looks great and the restaurant is clean. The morning shift team is excellent and whenever they make my food, im always happy. Everyone is very friendly, & the environment is great!"

"I usually always go at the one in Utica but every time I leave this one I come out unsatisfied. The worker that was helping me out was giving me so much attitude and whenever I would ask her to put in more I could see the frustration on her face. Yes she rolled her eyes at me for asking for extra sour cream.Corporate should really check in on these workers because half of them don’t realize that this is a job. By the way I was nice the whole time and completely tolerated their rude little behavior. However now I know not to come here anymore."

"Food is great as always - prices have changed dramatically as I remember when the bowl was 6.25 just for the chicken bowl. So keep an eye out for your portions. Depending on the server, you can get a skimpy bowl if you do not usually add too many things. Enjoy."

"Christina (the woman not sure of the correct spelling) needs to be reinterviewed. As I was telling the worker that was helping me what I wanted in my bowl I could see the fear in all the workers faces. When I asked the worker who was helping me if the environment was toxic like this all the time they informed me that it was always toxic. She walked around not helping (they were externally busy) and acted like she owned the building. There needs to be a serious intervention regarding the “leader” positions. She was rude, antsy, and very disrespectful towards her co workers. If this is the aura that chipotle gives, they have lost a loyal customer. I will be contacting corporate."

"Well, the ambience was what you would get at any “higher end“ fast food joint. Nothing to write home about and I only did carry out. I will say that the girl who made my carry out for me was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, fast, and super polite. I will definitely come back to this particular location to pick up food again."
