Reviews
"I use to order from this franchise in Louisville all the time. It was one of my favorite places. This establishment is no different, great food especially their cheesesteak which is what I always get. I’m not a French fry person but liked that they’re thin however, they seemed too greasy and soggy. The chicken Parmesan sub is good according to my wife."
"Aaron and Jake are the best. They made my first time memorable and this will be my Penn Station. Great job guys don't change"
"Should not take 30 minutes for one sandwich on a Saturday morning with no line. The order was not placed in my name. Still extremely unacceptable. Do better. They move extremely slow."
"I had a piece of hair in my sandwich. I caught one of the employees, a male cook, dropping something on the ground. After he picked it up he didn't change his gloves or wash his hands. That's probably where the hair came from. Disgusting. Worst location. They need to be shut down. I will be calling FDA!"
"Yuk! What is going on. I always go to Penn Station in downtown Rochester and I LOVE IT, but the one on Metro Parkway is closer. Big mistake. It was awful. I ordered the Italian Sub and it was mooshie. The bread wasn't Toasted, it was heated. Too much mayo. The fries had fresh fries mixed with burned fry pellets. You still can't eat in there. What a disappointment!"
