"Long story short, staff is disregarding of basic standards of service. As with all businesses, turn over is clearly the motivation for service. However, no concern for quality, respect in customer interaction is non existent, team work among staff is clearly not prioritized to achieve customer satisfaction. Sadly, these type of franchise establishments are becoming less and less of a go to for me because of these very reasons. Absolutely I DO NOT have to patronize any establishment but when I do visit, I don't think expecting to being treated with respect, consideration and regard for customer satisfaction is to much to expect."
"Sent back Soup twice. No manager even came to my table. Who serves cold Soup? Only sell Clam Chowder Now. NO FLAVOR what so ever. Waitress was not attentive and its slow in the restaurant. Haven't been here in awhile I guess this was why. Management you have to do better no excuses."

"They were training a new person so the service was a little off that day. They have had some really great waitresses, but the waiter this day was a little rushed and stressed dealing with our party of almost 20 people and a trainee. Otherwise, they gave us really good deals and were accommodating for all our needs. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The biscuits, crispy Brussel sprouts, and salmon bowl were amazing! I would definitely go back."
