"So I went to the location on hoover right before the freeway and let me tell u...I'm a frequent customer and most of the time when I go the food is always hot and there polite. Not this night.. and i remmebr the guy who took my order he was tall and asian..I'm describing him because i didnt catch his name...it happen a couple days ago ...I haven't tried everything on the menu so of course I'm going to have questions about the sauces and things like that. But what I don't expect is to get a dry reply like im bothering u or for u to get smart or loud with me. I had my girlfriend in the car and she pointed those things out as we were approaching the window......when we got to the window I spoke to him and he took my card and slam the window......when he returned my card I asked him if we was OK if there was a problem...did I do something... ..he looked at me at replied no. I told him to don't let the job stress him out....no response.......he was just unpleasant and It just makes me not want to come back. On top of that I ask for the sauce that comes on the double cheeseburger to be added to my single burger.......didn't get any sauce....the fries were cold.......just horrible experience."

"This is another establishment that claims to be 24 hrs yet when you come after 12am they are always doing shift changes and can't take your order. Lmao you just need to close again like y'all did with COVID. Or let me get a job here because after midnight no one takes orders because it's shift change. I would love to work somewhere where you get paid and don't have to work. That's a dream job for you!"

"There is a female employee in a green shirt today that couldn’t figure out what was going on with my payment in the computer system and she walked off. I assumed it was to ask for help but instead she was standing behind a wall on her phone, I unknowingly was still standing there at least 5 mins while my food sat in front of me trying to figure out what was going on. Then the guy working drive thru came over and within 30 seconds figured out what was going on. The guy is my hero, the girl came right back to the register for the guy behind me. Really? She needs better training, you’re just going to walk off and not even inform anyone to help you???"

"Customer service is good. They are always understaffed yet they are still very nice. I ordered a del cheese burger, 2 fish tacos, a chicken del carbon taco and an asada del carbon taco. They were all horrible. Took a bite from each and threw them all away. Look at the pics. Even the wrap used was different than usual. Im def not coming back here."
