"Randomly stopped at Boostan Cafe. It was conveniently located off the highway, and it received awesome reviews. It's in a small building. The menu was in English, and I believe Arabic. The restaurant was well maintained and clean. The people behind the counter were very helpful, friendly, and patient. We weren't sure of what to order. We ended up ordering a lamb kabob plate and chicken shawarma. They had a good number of patrons ordering and picking up, which is always a great sign that the food is yummy! As we waited, they offered my husband a mango smoothie, which many people were ordering, and he was curious about. It was our first time there, so they gave him a generous sample. It was so good! We got our order and returned to our hotel. The food was absolutely delicious!!! The lamb was so tender, perfectly grilled, and spiced to perfection. The chicken shawarma was also wonderful. The portions were generous. Sadly, did not take plenty of photos. However, we were really delighted with our pick."
