"Had no issues with service staff was friendly, I know it's fast food but you like the burger to be warm or hot and the cheese melted, a bit sloppy, the fries were not crisp or hot, that was a bummer!! The Floor was very sticky bad enough to get my attention."

"Once again my order was wrong. For some reason McD employees are unable to make Double Fillet of Fish sandwiches. This is the third time that I have recieved a regular Fillet of Fish sandwich recently."

"I recently visitors visited this location very late at night instead of my normal location on utica and 15. They both are very busy restaurants long waits however, they do work together as a team. Once I arrived at the drive-through window. You can clearly see they are short staffed and moving as best as they can. Drive thru worker he was very pleasant hard worker patient and polite on both occasions. The young man (Darryl) worked very well with, his team member that was assisting him with the items that were forgotten food was fresh, hot and on point"

"When I ask for fresh fries they always drop them fresh, not give me the “fresh” fries that came up 5 min before I ordered . The midnight staff never gets my order wrong and 9/10 always have apple pies lol. Edit . The new guy that works at night either doesn’t know how to make fries or he doesn’t like me . We had a dispute over greasy fries ( I could grease my skin and squeeze grease out a fry and showed him ) he walked away from the window and then a woman came and gave me my money back (I wanted fries not my money back) I went again tonight . Same greasy fries . And I waited for them , so I’m assuming he doesn’t know how to make the fries correctly or doesn’t drain the grease before serving ."

"Worst possible service possible. I asked for cheeseburgers with no mustards so they drench my burgers with ketchup. If you don’t like your job just leave, doesn’t make sense. One of my top buns is still cold most likely because they didn’t care to heat it up. It probably was on the floor and served. No telling how many times this has happened."
