"I went to the drive thru tonight and the service was much different than on Saturday in the afternoon, I got home and we were missing a portion of our order and the person taking the orders was rude. I attempted to call the restaurant several times tonight and they did not answer their phone....I will not be going back to this location in the future."

"Asked for no tomato on the chalupas and all 3 had it on there. When I pulled up everything was correct on the screen. Must have changed it after to put no lettuce. Regardless. Taco Bell people need to learn how to read. It’s not hard. I’ve worked in the fast food industry and the customer service here is something else. Whoever took the order was very unprofessional and rude. Whoever opened the window was very kind and understanding. We came in about a half an hour before closing and I understand nobody likes that but that’s no reason to be disrespectful to customers. Definitely would rather drive another 5 miles to a different location."
