"It is 1230 and I went there and the girl was so rude. I pulled in the drive-through I could not see where the four piece is and she said what you can’t read. It’s at number four what kind of way is that to talk to people that spending their hard on money to keep someone at work she was on the drive-through. I think you either need to reprimand her or FIRE."

"I enjoy Popeyes chicken of all the fried chicken restaurants, but I dispise going to this location because of the HORIIBLE customer service. I wish the leadership within Popeyes corporate and the location its self would take an honest assessment of their operations and make the desperately needed changes to provide professional, pleasant service to its customers. The location should not drive how customers are treated but be consistent in quality. This is a long review for a Popeyes Chicken place, and I've given this review before, but they seem to go unnoticed, and the service remains poor. Let's see how concerned they'll be about this customer's experience. ❓️"

"I'll share my honest review. I do come here occasionally when I'm in the area, because there's a shopping center nearby. First, this location is poorly managed. The crew is disorganized and inefficient. There's always a long wait time for orders; and they run out of items often! A few times I wasn't able to get something because they ran out. Drive thru is a hot mess!! They ask cars to pull over to the side once they go over the time limit, which is always, so there's constantly cars sitting by the door and on the sides, waiting for orders, many times over 20 minutes! Today a customer came in from waiting for their drive thru order, and said they had been waiting over 40 minutes for their food! Who knows how how much money they have lost just in the last year, due to customers long wait times and then having poor service and run out of products. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that's got their service together."

"Horribleeeeee absolutely horrible. My 8 year old could have made them damn biscuits way better than them and less burnt. Quality of food is just trash and the amount of time it takes to even receive the food is Even worse smh oh and not to mention the fact that the chilled strawberry lemonade was more like watered down diabetic water. Yall ought to be ashamed of yallselves"

"Stay away from this location if you can!!! I’ve went here 4 times and it was a mess ever time. They never have any food ready can you wait 30 minutes for two piece. I order on the app why am I getting there and still waiting 30 minutes. Then today a younger girl tried to argue with me. And another worker an older lady said to me girl they stay trying to argue with people. The dining area was full of water and it was super hot in there as it has been an all summer. This location is going completely downhill and needs to be shut down immediately. He was too busy trying to argue with me and didn’t give me everything I ordered. This location just hire anybody."
