"Order to toasted breakfast burritos steak with bacon. Got two sausage burriots no beacon. When you order online you still have to wait the same amount of time in line for them to still make it which is pointless."

"Worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. I ordered 4 chicken soft tacos no lettuce. I received 4 Taco's with lettuce. I took them back into the store and advised an employee about the taco's. They supposedly fixed them but found we had 3 without lettuce and the 4th had lettuce. Come on now how did they mess that up......"

"Trash… they’re so rude to DoorDash delivery drivers. I was in line because it’s almost Midnight. 11:53pm to be exact and they told me after waiting in the long line that they couldn’t give it to me through the drive thru. FYI there is NO WAY TO EXIT THE LINE. Mind you every single Taco Bell is different as far as Libby close times! It’s a single file line with a curb. I asked them what their reasoning of why they couldn’t give it to me this one time. They said the order may not always be ready. Excuse me isn’t everyone’s order NOT READY who enters the drive thru line???? Make that make sense. Fly. Once I finally got out of line I went in and it was right there. So point is they were just being like that to be like that and shame on the manager. There was no reason at all he couldn’t have just been a decent person after I waited in that line. Corporate needs to change these rules bc it absolutely makes zero sense and zero difference at all."
