"I ordered 2 drinks online, and was told to go to one of the ordering screens, click the red button, and say the order name. But when I did I didn’t get anyone on speaker for about ten minutes. At the ten minute mark I clicked the red button again, I proceeded to do this in ten minute intervals for about 30 minutes. And no one came to the speaker. At this point I wasn’t necessarily angry just annoyed I work in the food industry and i understand how hectic it can be when short staffed. (And just to add i was only one of seven cars that waited for the same amount if not longer time) I decided to go through the drive thru, I said I had an online order they asked my name and told me to move along, I was thinking great they have my order I’ll be all set. But the drive thru line took just as long to go through. I was thinking they surely are short staffed. Once I finally made it to the window the woman didn’t even have the right order, had to ask me for my name again, and the work place was packed with workers some literally just standing behind the woman helping me. When I mention honestly politely that I was sat at one of the screens for upward of 25 minutes she literally shook her head and threw her hands up and said she didn’t see anyone at a screen.. there were literally seven of us. And then rolled her eyes said “sorry” and slammed the window. I really wasn’t trying to complain to her maybe point out an issue, but the service was literally despicable. I would have never treated someone like that. 0 costumer service skills. At least the drinks were ok."

"It took about 10 minutes to get my order. The shake are a bit to thick. After a half hour still couldn't drink them they were so thick. Tater tots were cold, hot dog, chicken strips, and burger good."

"This location deserves more than 5 stars! Every single team member have been nothing but wonderful. Crystal (one of the managers) is nothing short of AMAZING! She’s friendly, accommodating, her personality is AWESOME! I could go on & on but i just want to say thank you to Crystal, Fadi + every other team member who don’t only make me feel welcome but also treat me like FAMILY! Oh & they also know me by name & know my order by heart which is an extra personal and amazing feeling!"

"I was having a fun night with my niece and nephew while running end-of-a-long-day errands. I didn’t have a lot to spend since I am in between work opportunities and in an apprenticeship program. I was gifted a coupon card for my birthday and had not used it since didn’t think it would be excepted. To my pleasant surprise, the manager and the shift leader, walked out to my vehicle through the drive-through and review the information and called the general manager for the store to verify that the coupons were valid and could be used at this location. For me, that is above and beyond service! It was amazing! I was able to get all the food that the children and I wanted, we were able to pull up into a drive-in space to enjoy our meal. It was nice to eat and not have to drive and manage the children with their food. To the shift lead Fadi…THANK YOU! Your attention to detail made all the difference. Thank you for your kindness in honoring the coupons and giving us an extra lemonade. The kids were so happy and I was glad they had full tummies before bed."
