"I have a lousy 30 minutes for lunch so a crispy chicken sandwich sounded good . I get back to work and chix sand was raw in the center.. called mgr and she said bring it back for a replacement.. No thank you! Plus lunchtime is up and going back to work hungry.. no wonder there were No cars in the lot or in the restaurant!"

"i came to Wendy’s on December 11 2023 at around 7 pm i came to the speaker and asked if I can have my food fresh and do 3 separate orders they said no but they could do 3 payments and also argued with me about making my food fresh . I ordered a salad And wanted my chicken fresh they stated they cannot drop fresh chicken . I also told william that to make sure that my potato was not old . he said that they make it every two hours which is fine because i used to be a manager at Wendy’s . William and candy assured me that everything would be made fresh besides the chicken on the salad and the potato . i didn’t have an issue with that. i pulled up to the 2nd window and i tried making seperate transactions which william then argued with me and told me that i could not do that when the manager on the headset said that i could . while william was cashing me out i heard a young gentleman in the background, screaming at the top of his lungs complaining about making fresh food and using profanity . Then i pull up and wait 10 to 15 minutes for my food . I then explain to candy how people were screaming and being rude . She said she will take care of it. I went back to my job and I opened up the bags and the potato looked like it had been sitting in the warmer since the morning , the lettuce on the salad was black , and they had redropped the nuggets and fries in the oil . I never had experience like this at any other fast food restaurant . I called and asked for a refund this whole situation was Very disappointing. I do not recommend anyone going to this location to eat !!! the service sucks and the food is terrible ."

"I appear to have had better experiences than most have at this location. It is near my work and is a sizable upgrade over the Wendy's locations near where I live. Other than an occasional lengthy waiting period to get food, I've had no issues. My orders have all been correct and the staff has been solid."
