Was just in sparrow Lansing for 3 1/2 days and the patient care there was very much a hit and miss. In Carson sparrow - everyone is on the same team and my care and recovery is their focus."
"They may be small, but mighty! My brother had a cardiac event and they immediately transferred him to Sparrow Lansing. He drove himself to SCH, so had to track down his vehicle keys. Dixie and crew searched and sent a text to the nurse on duty that night and followed up with me within the hour. Who does that anymore!? Thanks for being so thorough with everything the night he arrived. Because of the speed and urgency of getting him to Lansing (With the help of Montcalm Ambulance), you folks may have saved his life! "Amazing hospital with awesome staff. Staff go above and beyond. They provide excellent treatment and care and will make you feel okay no matter what you're going. Hospitals are no fun but they do what they can to put your mind at ease. If you grew up in Carson chances are you know a lot of people who work there which is also nice. I myself have worked in a different hospital different company for 4 years and this place is one oone of the best places you can go in my opinion"
