"Prices are good, people are nice, the food can be a hit or miss though. Was getting meal preps here regularly for a few months and stopped a few weeks ago. A lot of the food sounded great on paper but didn't end up tasting nearly as well as it sounded and I was having several meals leftover per week that I would end up tossing due to off putting taste. I asked about a food feedback system and it sounded like they didn't have one. If that existed and they applied customer feedback that would definitely be an improvement that could bring me back."

Thank you both for fixing the problem so quickly! The meals have been excellent so far. Just picked up my first "meal prep" order from this location. I ordered via the site and my order was a special order (low carb.) Came in, paid for the food, tipped the guy, and I was on my way. Upon arriving at home I noticed my meals all included potatoes, rice, noodles, etc. All items not considered low carb. Is this normal for them to be like this? I attempted to call them at 6:58, but they didn't answer the phone. Pictures attached of all meals."
