"This used to be my favorite place for subs...I just got a chicken salad sub, with tons of brown wilted lettuce on it which turned me off, I threw most of it away. I don't mind the price hikes but come on with some quality food for the high cost."

"Another "first time in". I truly appreciate the listing of calories along with the ingredients for the various items. Makes keeping track of the intake so much easier. Had a skinny (small) chicken Mediterranean toasted on multigrain bread. The bread has some actual flavor of its own - unlike Subway - and went well with the tasty bits ensconced within. The young women working were in a good mood and very friendly. Order placed quickly and delivered the same. The music, once it got turned on, was a bit loud. Probably due to the people working in a noisier spot. I like a good sandwich place and, at first taste, this seems like one I'll return to even if it is a chain."

"recently ordered a sandwich via Door dash, my order was accepted so there was no chance to cancel yet upon arriving they had decided to close early due to staffing shortages. I love potbelly but I would have loved getting my sandwich even more. I'm aware that this isn't all the workers faults but it is still odd to accept an order and then close up shop (when i arrived my order was ready)"

"I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Potbelly Sandwich Works location near me. The customer service was abysmal, and the employees, particularly the girls working (with glasses and new balance brand shoes and other with black glasses), made me feel like a burden throughout my visit. It was my first time ever at Potbelly and instead of receiving assistance in navigating the menu, the staff seemed disinterested and simply pointed at the items, assuming I would magically understand their offerings. When I sought clarification on certain options, they responded with indifference, making me feel like I was bothering them. The most frustrating part was when I asked them to make my sandwich a certain way. Rather than accommodating my request, they carried out the task with visible annoyance, as if it was a tremendous inconvenience. Their lack of courtesy and basic customer service skills left me feeling unwelcome. To add insult to injury, when I decided to purchase an additional bag of chips, the employees acted as though I was disrupting their day. Their attitude suggested that my patronage was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity for them to provide a positive experience. In summary, my visit to this Potbelly Sandwich Works location was marred by terrible customer service, unhelpful and disinterested staff, and an overall lack of professionalism. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to prevent other customers from enduring a similarly unpleasant experience. I am the executive chef at my place of work and if my staff were to ever make a customer feel how I just felt they would be reprimanded immediately without write up. The food was not terrible I can honestly say that but with the experience I just received I will never eat here again even if this location offered me free sandwiches for the rest of 2023"

"Order online for 12:13PM pickup time. It's 12:35pm and my order nor any other online order is sitting in the online order pickup location. Nor have I been acknowledged. I asked for my sandwich and they brought it to me. It is much easier to just sit it in the pickup area. Or call the names of the online orders if you're going to hold them behind the counter. Although I'm providing a bad review it's not for rudeness. Every one is pleasant once you FINALLY make contact with them"
