"Waited at the front register for over 15 minutes, while I understand that kiosk ordering is preferred it would be nice if service was still rendered at the counter without having to wait for over 15 minutes to get an order put in or even speak to anyone for dine in. 3 customers walked out because no one came to the counter and they didn’t want to use the kiosk. Sounds like a backwards system to me"
"Ordered the new Grilled Cheese Nacho Fries with Beef and this is what I received. The fact this is as much as the $5 cravings box is absurd and I'm a frequent customer, this is beyond me LMAO. Someone had the audacity to scoop a handful of fries and melt some cheese on them and put it in a box that's bigger than them and made it $5. Disappointed nonetheless."
