"WORST KFC IN THE PLANET!!! ITS GOTTTA BE! Today I was in the drive through for 30+ minutes nobody came to the speaker should have known something was up due to the car in front of me leaving without placing an order as well. Prior to this experience they never have chicken wraps no matter what time you go! I confronted them the last time they told me they were out of wraps and wouldn't you know, they weren't really out the manager said I'd have to wait ten minutes on them. I didn't mind waiting, I told him I'd of rather him said there's a wait then to say they don't have any each time I come. I waited and was handed cold wraps! So that was a lie! He just doesn't want to sell the wraps he'd rather sell the other items. The service is always slow at this location! I'm not here to just complain if you'd like help I'm willing to do it after 5pm reach out if you are responsible for this horrible place"

"Stop today to do the drive-thru and get an eight-piece dinner. When I got home-bas and started eating the food I got down to the thighs, they tasted spoiled and the mashed potatoes smelled very bad. Contacted the store after two tries. Finally got to answer on the second try, I talked to a very rude manager, she told me to bring the food back which half of the food had been consumed not down to the thighs in the mashed potatoes smelled bad I brought the receipt back that's all I got with our food is always cook fresh I don't know what to tell you was her response. Not going to tell you what to do with your money but I will not be going to that location ever again."

"I came in yesterday and had to wait over 30 minutes to get a 8-piece bucket of chicken they charged me $23.31 for 10 pieces of chicken and then they didn't even have my extra crispy I had to get original which was halfway cooked some pieces other pieces were overcooked I will never come to this KFC again . They told me to go to the front and they would bring me my order someone pulled in after I did they gave them their food before I got my food they completely forgot that I was even outside I had to ask a young man that came to give the other people their food if he could grab my food for me this KFC that young man was very nice I truly appreciate his help the fish restaurant has proven to me that not the KFC I can go to any other KFC and get perfect ?"

"Ordered $20 fill up box and pot pie food was semi warm like it had been sitting for a minute the chicken was dry the spot where the 4 different sauces go there was no damn sauce this was a horrible experience y’all gotta do better"
