"It was a very horrible experience. I wish I could rate in -1000 stars! The management was very unprofessional and rude. They were arguing with several customers. I waited a very long time for door dashes along with many others and was told we needed to leave the lobby as they locked the door. They told us to go to drive thru after we had already been there a long time. Then I’m in drive thru for a long while just to be told to come back inside by a different manager. Then he went back and forth arguing with me raising his voice and being absolutely rude. I will be sharing this experience online. Thank you for the horrible service. I will never come back to this dump. I’d rather eat nails."

"The last time we came ( summer of 2023 I was disappointed how small the burgers and hotdogs were. However I love the variety of drinks available especially Cherry Lime! Today they were super nice! My son thought he was ordering off the $1 menu but it turned out it was more like expensive. He told them he’d just take the drink and apologized to them. They said no problem. As we were starting to leave they decided to give it to him anyway. Happy Holidays they said! What a great attitude and generous cheer! Makes me want to go back. Thank you!"

"I order online about 6pm...my pickup time was 7pm.... Didn't get food until 7:30 pm.... Keep saying 5 more minutes.... Order corn dogs, dry and over cook...Reg. dogs too much relish, less ketchup and mustard....Footlong no relish, but was charged 49cents, piece of meat missing, Look@ d pics.... Want Ever return....smdh!"

"Sonic is a fantastic spot for halal food enthusiasts! The fact that all of their beef is halal is a major plus. The flavors were outstanding, and the staff was very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here, and it's definitely a go-to place for delicious halal beef dishes. Plus, it's perfectly located close to Windsor, Ontario, making it an ideal choice for Canadian food lovers as well!"

"What is the point of ordering on the app?! I ordered two combos on the app, came to pick up my order, and notified in the app that I arrived and what stall I was in. I have been waiting for my food for 42 minutes. I even pressed the red button and no one has responded. As I sit here, I watch the drive-thru move pretty steadily. I was trying to avoid a long wait but clearly ordering in the app is not as convenient as they advertise. UPDATE: Shortly after posting above, I walked in to the counter and after about seven minutes a young lady emerged from the back, very apologetic, took my name, and went to the back to retrieve my order - it was sitting on the counter, pushed back behind a bunch of other orders. She brought my order to me, apologized for the wait (I actually felt really bad for her. She was so respectful and pleasant in the midst of the chaos going on in back) and offered to re-do my meal because it was cold at that point. Unfortunately, my blood sugar was plummeting and my elderly mom was hangry, so I declined. Upon arriving home my chili dog was over cooked and cold, the onion rings were so hard that my mom couldn't eat them, my fries were cold, and my diet Dr. Pepper was actually Coke and didn't realize it until I gulped half of it down, sending my blood sugar through the roof. Lesson learned."
