"2/24/24 @ 2:45:59PM, Order #194626... Visitor from Arizona An employee by the name of MARISELA C. was very rude/unfriendly . She did not greet the customers and told me that I was not allowed to sit at a table employees eat at. She also refused to accept the promotion for the free medium drink. At the time I arrived, the location was busy and there was limited seating. I asked the two employees who had available table space if I could join them, the both said no problem! I spoke with the a manager named Ken, who was kind enough to apologize for the situation and provided a coupon for a free panda bowl. However, with a bad apple at this location spoils everything!! Customer service and Cleanliness are not a priority here!"

"Thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism at this location. After ordering at the drive-thru and realizing a couple items were missing from my bag, I called them and told them as much. The manager, Abby, was super patient with me and went above and beyond to get me made whole again. These folks are worked to the bone, it goes without saying in any service industry let alone fast food. Mistakes happen, it’s okay! Many thanks to Abby and her staff for everything!!!"

"Ordered the Bigger Plate and there was barely any entrees. The picture is supposed to be 2 beef and broccoli entrees with rice and greens. Haven't eaten a bite and that's the beef. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE"

"Clean place, well run. Food was great and fresh. I just don't understand why they add the branch like, hard as wood stems from the Broccoli. That's not food, that's the part you cut off and throw before you cook it."

"Food is still good but the portions are ridiculous. They were never this bad! I got 5 pieces of shrimp in my walnut shrimp, that was my one entree and paid $1.25 more for that, and I also got mushroom chicken as my second and it was basically just mushrooms with maybe 2-3 pieces of chicken. My husband got mushroom chicken and the sweet fire chicken and same thing the portions were just a joke. They raised the prices and cut down portions. How does that make sense? I paid $32 for these 2 “meals” and 2 sides of chow main. Disappointed we didn’t get much. Not what they usually gave."
