"Whoever works the shift on Feb 18th, 2024 at 12:30pm needs to be fired. Unprofessional as hell! All 3 of them. Came to the speaker and was all laughs, couldn't even take the order, had us wait then went in and they gave the order away on top of that RUDE AS HELL!!!!! Can't even believe this is who they hire. How they were we didn't even trust to eat out food. Worse service ever."

"Rude employees. Don't let drive through know they're out of regular coke and gives my vehicle cherry coke (not a problem normally) but, when the person that ordered the come has a cherry allergy and the skinny cashier gets an attitude for exchanging it. Then gives our food to another vehicle and then gets rude we're still waiting for our food. I understand that they are upset with being understaffed but, when y'all sister store on Eureka makes employees go to work with COVID, and then y'all actions towards customers. BBB OSHA and The Health Department needs to shut y'all down."

"I don't have a Wendy's near me and haven't been to one in a while. the quality of the food was horrible. I got the junior bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was burnt. And I ordered medium fries. And they were cold and tasted awful. I threw it all away"

"I went inside to eat, an empty parking lot, one person in the drive thru. One employee walked right by me when entering the door into the kitchen area. She didn't say a word, walked back to the drive thru employee and stood there talking. Alarms were going off, stood there for 5 minutes and left. They weren't busy at all. So, to the owner, if you're not making money it may be due to your employees not wanting to serve customers. When I pulled out, NOBODY in the drive thru or inside. So, the service or lack of is horrible. I do not recommend it. Or explain to the employees they're there for customers, not personal time."
