"Terrible! I was shopping in the area near by and decided to get a bite to eat, I wanted to get a tortilla soup with the shell bowl but they didn’t want to make me one. I ended up getting a regular bowl so when serving mine and my family’s food the server was being so stingy giving half size portions of everything and not to mention no one took our order when we got there. We waited for so long while the employees were just looking"

"Today was my 1st time at this location and I must say I was very pleased with ""Kylie"" helping me with my order and just overall being very nice with a big smile, she was extremely sweet and I complimented her on how great her customer service was. There's nothing like great customer service now & days especially being greeted with smiles"

"One of my favorite healthy and fresh places to eat on the go! I absolutely love being able to chose each topping for my burrito bowl. I love the wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options they offer. I am always satisfied with their services for dine in and carry out. I’m kind of sad they got rid of the coke machines. This day I had a vegan impossible bowl with no animal products at all. It was so good!"

"My son could have gone anywhere for his birthday but he chose his favorite restaurant...Qdoba. We hadn't been there in awhile and we ordered close to $40. Even though the restaurant was filthy, we had no complaints until we saw that we had gotten the wrong salsa So we asked to exchange it and they said they wuld have to charge us extra even though the sign says the sides never cost extra. We opened the queso and it was watery and had the taste of broccoli soup. It was nasty. We asked if we could have a refund and they said no. They also said we couldn't have the receipt. I asked if we could speak to their boss and one of them said that all three of them were the managers but another guy said the owners are Victor and Steve. We insisted on a receipt or refund they flat out said no. I started recording how rude they were being because it was so unbelievable. I wish I could post the video on here but I will make sure I post it somewhere. They made us leave. My husband drove us to the Taylor store so we could ask the employees there to see if the queso had been changed since the little boys working at the Woodhaven store were so rude. When we got to Taylor, they were so nice. They saw the video and said that is not how they are supposed to treat customers. We ordered a new Birthday dinner for my son. The cheese was so thick and yummy and they didn't even charge us for his meal. We will never go to Woodhaven Qdoba again even though it is closer for us. Since I can't post the video here, I will post it on Facebook and TikTok for all to see how they were treating us. It was unbelievable. I will post the queso picks. The big one is Woodhaven. The small one is Taylor that we asked for for comparison. If you are in Woodhaven and want something like Qdoba, either go to Taylor where they are friendly or try Chipotle."
