"The food is usually good. The service is meh. Depends on who you get. But the thing that gets me is how many times we have ordered to-go food and were missing items that we paid for when we got home. Make sure you check your stuff!"

"Came in expecting to have a great time like we always do, and the server - from the get - acted like we were inconveniencing her. She'd even walk away while we were talking to her??? They were out of Flatbread, smoked chicken, nachos?!?!?! (Even though they have meat and chicken) I don't understand, but tonight was a really off night. She treated everyone - not just us - other tables...just terribly. Must've been a bad night. Still waiting for our food 1.5 hours later. Server still hates everyone. They refunded our drinks. To go food pretty cold in the restaurant. Must've been bad staff and a heavy night. Unfortunate. The manager came by and explained that some items the server said weren't in stock were, (we did not ask for the manager which makes it seem like they saw this review) and we ordered. We didn't realize it was gonna take over an hour. Left."

"Today, I visited Twin Peaks. It was my first time at this restaurant so you know I had to hit the review button. Atmosphere: I went after work since I was on my way to see a movie. The atmosphere is nice with TV's all around. It didn't seem like there was a wall that didn't have a TV. It was pretty light around 5 pm but I was able to have a good conversation with my waitress. She was pretty cool but I noticed that with all the waitresses that were serving the guests. Food: I tried the Spicy Ribs. They were delicious and the meat was falling off the bone. Honestly, it was all that spicy to me but I like spicy food. Let's say I'm a little immune. Next, I had the philly cheese steak. I originally wanted to try the Texas style cheese steak. However, I ended up with the philly. It was good and well seasoned and the fries were ok. They were seasoned too but very seasoned. Service: As I stated above, the service was cool except for the mixed up order with the sandwich but overall I'd visit again. Check them out and if you'd agree with my review leave a thumbs up."

"The service and food were ok. I have been here a few times and have mixed feelings I'd say 1 out of the 3 times I remember really gave me the best experience. They of course have tons of drinks, some good food options but the service has been hit or miss. I've always said it's not about the one time experience but the consistency of the brand promise that keeps me going back to places! Still would check this place out though if you haven't been there."
