Panera Bread

"Ordered full size sandwich in drive thru along with two other orders that were pick 2 meals. They made the full sandwich as a half. Called manager. Said come in and we will give you pastries and make your sandwich. So he goes back. The sandwich they made again was wrong so the person took it back which had the pastry which was a Cookie!Yippie! So, finally gets the right sandwich and not even the cookie this time after waiting AGAIN! I think it is time to either retrain or get all new staff based on all the reviews! Not sure if I will be back."

"I recently ordered 50 dollars worth of Panera. They got about half of my order wrong. I ordered 2 chipotle avocado melts they added mayo. I talked to a manager about it. Said she was going to send me vouchers out but I’ve yet to receive them. Will not be going back to this location again"

"They were busy and out of everything. When my food was ready the bag was left open as if it wasn't done yet and left there indefinitely. When I finally asked they said they were waiting for someone(putting it on me to ask about an order that doesn't look to be done yet) to ask about it because they were out of chips. Don't bother asking the only 2 people sitting at the bench waiting for food. Busy doesn't excuse this type of laziness. Half the food we threw out because of how badly it was made and the rest I had to heat up."

"We had an issue with one of our bowls being dirty and the manager was very nice and really tried to rectify the situation and made us feel like we were valued customers . The restaurant itself was sort of dirty and dated. Could use a little extra attention."

"Asked my wife if we could please not go to this store anymore. The quality of the food was great although expensive imo. We always dine in and didn’t place our order to go… yet that is what happened at the counter Okay fine. I just have to wait at the take out window like everyone else. And wait and wait I was the only one at the window but there seems to have been an invisible queue that was a mile long ahead of me. Lol. Finally after 16 minutes our order was called. On the plus side the food tasted great. We are going to do the store in Monroe on Telegraph. Way better."
