"If I could give zero stars, I would. My boyfriend and I were in the Rochester area and decided to stop at Duffy’s because it wasn’t too far. Waitress with curly hair gets our drink order and gives us menus. Then, for some reason, she completely forgets about us. We sat for almost thirty minutes while she fulfilled other orders. At one point, she sat down at the table BEHIND us and starts gossiping with another waitress. We ended up leaving. And she didn’t even noticed we left. I noticed as we were walking out, she was flirting with a customer at another table. Terrible service."

"I was at Duffys last night and will NEVER be back. There was a band playing, and the waitress’ were more involved with the band than their customers. I thought they were customers until I saw them go behind the bar. I ended up going to the bar because the waitress never took my order. I asked 2 waitresses for my card from behind the bar, and they said the bartender would be back to give it to me, then proceeded to go back to dancing. If you catch this place on a night that a band isn’t playing, you might get lucky and get decent service."

"Great food and drink and the servers are excellent. Nothing super fancy about this place, it's just solid, no pretentiousness. It's the kinda place that feels like home in your first visit."

"Best Chicken strips! Atmosphere is great. Fresh hot food! Nothing frozen. If you get chicken sandwich (to go)make sure toppings on the side so bread doesn't get soggy. I would eat and drink here every day if I had it monetarily. Jordan is the best bar keep!"
