I’ve never had a shake or tea I didn’t like from here. Other places water down their products, not Southfield! He makes his teas “stronger” because he knows his customers enjoy them later in the day and who wants a watered down tea!? The guy that is there in the morning (I think he’s the owner) is always nice, kind, pleasant , and great with recommendations! He knows his stuff! I normally go like once or twice a week! You can clearly tell customer service is a focal point for this location. All staff is nice, patient, and professional!"
