Penn Station East Coast Subs

"By far the worst Penn Station, and sandwich shop overall, I’ve ever visited. 28 minutes to get my food on a slow day. I used to work at a penn station, so I know what “busy” looks like. I went here at a slow time. There were 3 people working…It took 10 minutes for anyone to even take my order. Then another 18 minutes for me to get my food. My sandwich was hardly warm by the time I got home because it sat on the counter while I waited for them to drop the fries. I didn’t get any semblance of “sorry it took so long” or explanation as to why it did. Do yourself a favor and go to any other penn station/sandwich shop if that’s what ya want."

"Customer service was great. Even though other employees were there the young lady took my order, made it and cashiered as well. Their fries are everything! I always get the steak w/everything no pizza sauce and it never disappoints. Monday special is a great deal."

"Subs taste great. The customer service is questionable, at best. I went here 2 days in a row. Both days, the person (2 different people), taking my take out order was rude, dismissive, and rushing through the order. Their attitudes suggested that they didn't want to be there, or could care less about delivering a modicum of customer service. Yesterday the young lady who prepared my sub, could not get the little piece of tape to stick. Instead of getting another piece, or re-wrapping my sub, she continued to force it and placed the sub in the bag. Because she did not secure the wrapping, when I took the sub out of the bag, all the toppings and half the meat were all loose in the bottom of the bag, completely off the sandwich."

"This place is truly awful! My special order was wrong (Plain, meat and cheese only) and my husband said his off the menu choice (Reuben) tasted horrible. While it's less than a mile away from home I will never EVER go there again. If we'd only spent $10 then I wouldn't care so much, but two subs & a fry was $34.45, it was inedible and is now in the garbage, talk about a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
