"Horrible customer service. I was there late in the evening to pick up my order, and I witnessed them being extremely rude to an elderly woman who had trouble speaking, English. The employees went to the back, and all started laughing at her. I could tell she got really uncomfortable, so I tried to translate. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. I hope their general manager can see this review and teach them how to treat people with respect regardless of what language they speak."

"THEY COMPLETELY SCREWED US. Our Pizza never came. We called several times. The manager straight up lied twice on the phone then told us we had to contact DoorDash for a refund. When we asked why, she straight up hung up on us. We did that and never got our refund!! Do yourselves a favor and try Joe & Reno’s on Monroe. The pizza is way better and they actually treat you like a human being."

"My family loves the pizza. We order from here once a week. The cookies are a little bonus. The employees are friendly and helpful. If I walk in and order, it's ready in 12 minutes. Never once have I had a problem. The Deep Dish pizza is excellent!"

"Got my order wrong (paid for pretzel crust, got plain). When I called, they said there was no way for them to "make it right". Multiple similar reviews = recurring problem. Inspect your pies carefully at the counter and be prepared to deal with the hassle, or take your business to another store where they make the orders right."
