"Ordered on the mobile app. Said it would be ready at 8pm. Upon arriving, it was busy so a wait is understandable. But waiting 2 HOURS is crazy. Staff was making large batches of wings &then as people ordered- took those already cooked items and just sauced cold, old wings- HUGE red flag. Also I understand having fun at work… but when the entire lobby is full of people waiting… hanging out, dancing, singing, searching for songs on your phone… while everyone waits for OLD food. No thanks! Spent my first and last $60 at wing stop."

"I was a bit hesitant to order from this location due to the reviews on here but had a great experience here yesterday. Made a large order a day before pickup on Super Bowl Sunday. When I walked in, the lobby was extremely busy but the cashier was very friendly and notified me my food was almost ready. After a 5min wait, I received all my food (correct items and quantities). I will be back!"

"Employees acted like they hated their lives(understandable). Pretty dirty in there, the pop machine area was gross and messy, every table had thick sticky film on them and food crumbs. Louisiana Fries had too much sauce and soft fries. The Asian bbq wing sauce is like spicy sweet baby rays and barely coated, the garlic parm had no butter or seasoning, just a few pieces if parmesan. The boneless wings were like frozen Tyson nuggets, thick hard breading. I should've got real wings instead."

"Friend picked up my food. My drink was missing and she specifically asked the person working “Did she get a drink?”, he doesn’t even pull the order to check and says No. I got the combo so it comes with a drink. Then I check my food. I paid extra for all flats, it was not all flats. I called and let them know, they placed me on hold then I let them know they were missing my drink and that my order was wrong. He just told me to come up there and I asked did he want my name so I don’t have to wait on my order and he can drop me a fresh order. He says No, I’m here all day. Customer service was a 1/10 making the whole experience terrible. I go in there and said “Well do u guys have a receipt or coupon so next time I can get my order without any problems.” He said “No we don’t do that, just come in.” Him and the guy in the back are talking about the order. I, then, ask for my drink cup. As I’m fixing my drink, they start laughing about it and said I’m not looking through the orders for five wings. I corrected them and said “what are you talking about? My whole order is wrong, I order an 8 piece combo all flats.And y’all gave me drums.” So they didn’t even understand what the issue was and didn’t attempt to understand. They were young, but the whole interaction was unprofessional- they must be family with the owner because the carelessness was out of this world. After I correct him, he goes “oh, okay. Have a nice day” I left a message on the corporate site and asked to be contacted and they gave me a $5.00 coupon and I spent $16.71. No one contacted me. LOL. Terrible experience. My food is in the fridge at home untouched. Would tell my friends and colleagues to avoid this location. Too young and unprofessional. When my friend went to pick up the food, the lady working had to say something to the people working, she said “There’s 2 orders why are y’all playing?”"
