"This is a bar and grill with great atmosphere and even better food. It gives off dive bar vibes and obviously has its regulars. The food though I have been twice with groups of 4 all getting different items and everyone raves about their choice. The steak tips are perfect with the honeymustard and the bowl of chili has just the right spice. Definitely coming back."
"I've been several times. The steak bites, burgers, and fish&chips are really good. It's location is OK unless you miss it. You can't turn around for a mile. Otherwise it's foot loss of table seating and pretty long bar."
"Great food, been going there for 20 years and it's the same quality food every time. It is hard to do with different cooks, over the years. The menu is pretty much the same as it's always been but they do add specials. Hoops is a everything you want from local bar. My favorite is the pound of Buffalo wings and blue cheese."
"Hoops is the spot you should stop at whenever you are in the area. A great small bar with delicious food and awesome service. I love the wings and Coney dogs. I haven't had the meat loaf in a while but as much as I remember it is delicious. Was one of my favorite spots to hit up before any event at the Palace. Lots of parking available and always a seat during any day. Make sure to give it a try."
