"The staff at this place are so rude it's unbelievable, I hit the drive-thru every morning before work, and literally everyone is rude I have to beg for them to put a sleeve on my hot coffee so I don't burn my hands and I get an attitude for it.. this is literally like the fourth time in a row that the employees either give me a dirty look roll their eyes, or just slam the window in my face putting a sleeve on a hot drink should be required and then when I have to ask and remind them to do so I get a dirty look? "Staff is friendly enough and even when busy they move quickly. However, if you want your order to be correct, this is not the location for you. Items always missing or incorrectly made. That's IF they even have what you ordered. More often than not they are "out" of certain food items or "don't have the ingredients" to make certain drinks."
