"It’s been 30 mins and still no food or drinks. Ordered a salad and a biggie bag. Still standing here waiting on food. This is unacceptable. Can’t blame lack of employees because there is plenty just obviously don’t care. They are not busy either. Then when politely brought to the manager’s attention they became rude like we were the ones took 37 minutes for two drinks and biggie bag and salad.. then the burger, fries, and 4pc nuggets was not hot nor fresh. Then the lady Manager refused refund . Wouldn’t even give a coupon or anything for the horrible service!"

"I came in and placed an order Friday night 1-1-24, the lady that took my order was very professional n polite. The food is always good from here n most of the time I use the drive thru, I've came on days that this place was packed or late at night n I always get good service. I definitely choose this location over the rest"

"This was my 3rd attempt to support this location due to its location in my morning commute, and they FAILED yet again. The issues I've experienced have been receiving the entire wrong order, items being incorrectly prepared, and the staff is always rude and nasty. Additionally the system had been down, the drive thru wait had been 13min & 16min and they have you pull through to nit get a red mark when it's noticed that you've been in line waiting the actual time per there clock. I have experience terrible behavior from people labeled management which is ridiculous as this industry is the one you chose....DO BETTER and provide all employees a refresher course in customer service 101"

"Store was filled with flies, my door dash order (I'm the dasher) took 45 minutes even though the dasher app said it should've been ready when I got there, the food that was brought out was cold as ice, I felt bad for the guy I delivered it to. Don't go here"

"If you like flavor and nice people.. COME HERE! I was having a rough morning and the people working were so nice and gave me a delicious breakfast. They hooked my breakfast sandwich up and gave extra butter on biscuit. I also didn’t ask for ketchup packets but they added them to the bag for me. PEOPLE aren’t doing that anymore unfortunately. I will be back whenever I’m in the area, very pleased with this location."
