"Food is great. However, they are the a perfect example of what happens when you hire color over qualified. You will wait a minimum of 60 minutes for food every time. I waited there 1.5 hour when I went inside to order a few days ago. Food is great though, when you finally get it."
"I'm a little biased since Long John Silvers is one of my favorite fast food places, but this place makes me grateful that out of the few in Michigan, this is the one I live near. Food came quickly, tasted delicious, and the atmosphere was great. The manager was positive, attentive to customers inside, and made sure we had everything we needed. My only issue was the bathroom being out of order at the time, but that's not the end of the world."

"If your thinking about going inside to avoid the line DON’T! Takes twice as long to get food takeout, then it is to wait for the drive thru. Plus the quality control is horrible. Ordered a seasoned shrimp taco and a Baja taco and got 2 southwest tacos!?! Come on guys, my first visit was awesome then this? My wife specifically asked if the seasoned taco was spicy and cashier said no. Always double check what they give you."
