"I ordered 10 garlic parmesan wings and received 7 plain wings and 3 plain tenders instead. I was also missing red onions and mustard on my chili cheese dog and they didn't have bleu cheese. I asked about the buffalo sauce and was told that it was in the bag, but I informed the employee that it was actually BBQ sauce. He also stated that I couldn't order garlic parmesan on the app. I am not pleased and I ordered through Doordash so of course I can't get a refund either."

"I paid for extra bacon on my loaded fries and didn't receive it. When I brought it up to who I believe was the manager... he mentioned that it actually was extra bacon and that the other employees were putting too much on the loaded fries. And on top of that someone tossed one of my loaded fries upside down in the bag which caused it to leak out the box. My chicken bites box had soft fries and hard chicken. I hate this location. They get an attitude when you correct your order and/ or ask them to fix what they did wrong. I prefer the Waterford location."

"Not totally horrible but also not impressive. Made me pull up from the drive thru window and get out of my car and come to the walk up window while there was no one behind me. Pointless. Fries were good. Burgers were dry and very salty. Likely won't be back to this one."

"I've been a fan of Rally's/checkers for years since it first came out. Who can forget the Seth Green commercial in the 90's. I don't care where it's located. I'll still drive to get my fill. Checker fries! Checker burger. Big Buford! This location is in Pontiac. Never had an issue here. Been coming here for 15+ years. Simple. It's sad some people still have not tried this place. The line does get long sometimes. Late night cravings!!! Oddly, never had hair or anything bad here. Not the fastest and best workers but they try hard. Great food! Open late. This is post Covid. Everyone should be open late. Highly recommended"
