"Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The people are rude and short and my burger was literally folded up to a ball...."

"This is the second time I had to wait 15 minutes to get my order after I placed the order on the kiosk machine for frappe 6 piece nugget and a fry does not take 20 minutes. Sat there for 15 minutes to pay at the counter. Still was not able to receive my food. Seems like they need more help on the front counter instead of having one person take the orders and also has to bag the orders but it seems around 2:00 is shift change and then they forget all about the customers that are placing orders"

"If I could give 0 stars I would, worst McDonald's ever, my boyfriend and I went to order and eat inside, the lobby was horribly filthy with a milkshake on chairs and gross sauce and pop on the counters we walk up to the kiosk to order and the machine tells us take out only, we order our food, while waiting i hear a person from the back yelling about how costomers cant get extra sauce, but it says on the kiosk and my recipt i ordered it. We waited 30 minutes for it to be done And left. I will not ever come back here again. My cheeseburger was inedible an looked a hour old. They did not include my sauce, the staff was rude and it was filthy. I just hope I don't get food poisoning."

"If I could give a -10 I would. I wish I had read the reviews before going into this McDonald’s. I placed my order on the mobile app @ 3:36 by 3:50 I’m still standing there. No one acknowledged the customers standing patiently to be addressed. When the young lady finally acknowledged us. I gave her my order # and as she proceeded to grab the chicken sandwich that was already sitting there when I came in I asked her if it’s mines can I have a fresh one because that one has been sitting there for over 10 minutes. She very unprofessional and yelled “this ain’t yo sandwich” I said ok. She then said it’s drive they’d so kind to business at that moment u said I’ll never come here again and I don’t want any food prepared by anyone working here. I walked out and I’ll speak with management in the morning. Customer service is very important and from the comments it doesn’t look like this McDonald store doesn’t value their customers."

"Liiiiiisssssssssteeeeen UP PEOPLE!!! This is by far thee worst location of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The staff is extremely unprofessional and when you ask for fresh food, you’re handed food that seems to have been sitting for several hours. When I went back around to the window to politely asked for the fresh food I requested prior, the young lady came to the window with her hair tied up like she was getting ready for bed. Now it took 15 minutes just for her to come back to the window. SMH. This location also has busted windows in the dining area as well as the drive thru window. When I asked her what happened, she told me that an angry customer threw glass bottles to bust the windows out because they were mad at the staff. I don’t agree with violence BUT the experience I had here, I can kind of see the WHY behind the customers frustrations."
