"I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Cafe Thai I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but after my most recent visit, I will never be returning. I ordered my usual entree to go on the evening of February 15th. Upon arriving home, I discovered that my entree was missing the broccoli and the extra shrimp that I had paid for. Understandably frustrated, I called the restaurant, but to my dismay, they had already closed for the night. The following morning, on February 16th at 10 am, I attempted to reach out to the restaurant to address the issue, only to find that they were not open at that time. When I finally managed to speak with the manager, I was met with extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. The manager insisted that I bring the incomplete entree back to the restaurant in order to receive any form of compensation for their mistake. To make matters worse, the manager made racially insensitive remarks during our conversation, which left me feeling deeply disrespected and appalled. I am utterly shocked by the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by the manager, and I strongly advise against dining at [Restaurant Name]. It is clear that this establishment does not value its loyal patrons, and the behavior of the manager was completely unacceptable."

"In my truly honest opinion I think this place is just alright. Nothing is special about it. The service is great and the place was clean and smelled great. I ordered pad thai with mild spice and extra bean sprouts & chicken. First off, out of my whole entree, there was only 5 peices of chicken. I truly love pad thai and i know good pad thai, but they were very stingy with the chicken and bean sprouts even though I paid for extra. A great place I recommend is Bangkok Express Cafe in Southfield Rd. So if you want to get your money’s worth, don’t go here but instead try the place i recommended. If you’re kind enough, let me know what you think."

"The food tasted great! My only problem is I think the oil they used may have been old. If not for that, I would've given them 5☆. However, as good as the food was, I would definitely consider them a dinner option. The service was great! The staff were friendly! If you're in Southfield, Michigan, give them a try."

"Thank you social media. We tried multiple items and loved them all. Service was great. My drink was always topped off and my server came by frequently. Dining was very Clean and sparse. Loved this place. Will return. Siam Crispy Rolls: Minced chicken breast meat mixed with bean threads, onions, and carrots, wrapped in thin rice paper and deep-fried to a crisp golden brown. Served with our special house sauce. Tom Kha Classic Thai soup made with mushroom, tomato and coconut milk, flavored with lime juice and galanga. Gang Karee Sautéed carrots, onion, peas and potatoes in Yellow curry in coconut milk. C a s h e w Sautéed with roasted cashews, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, green onions and mushroom."
